Terms of Service
The short, honest version, then the full one
Effective September 6, 2026. Meet with Me is a product of Advance With Me, LLC, a Tennessee company. When we say "we" or "us" in these terms, that is who we mean; "you" is anyone who hosts or joins a meeting.
In plain language
- Guests can join meetings without an account. Hosts sign in with an email link.
- The Free plan has limits (people per meeting, meeting length, hours per month). Pro removes most of them for a monthly or yearly fee, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of what you paid for.
- Use it for meetings, not for harassment, spam, illegal content, or trying to break the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
- Recording is local to the person recording. If you record, it is your job to tell the people in the room and to follow the laws that apply to you.
- We run this carefully, but it is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
1. Who can use Meet with Me
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Guests joining a meeting hosted by someone else may be any age appropriate to that meeting; the host is responsible for their meeting. If you use Meet with Me on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts and sign-in
Hosts sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address. Whoever controls that mailbox controls the account, so keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens in meetings you host and in rooms you create. Tell us promptly at the address below if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Plans, limits, and billing
The pricing page describes the current plans and their limits. Limits on the Free plan, such as the number of participants, the length of group meetings, and monthly meeting hours, are enforced automatically and may end a meeting when reached. We may change plan limits and prices; changes to a paid plan's price apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before they take effect.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge until you cancel. You can cancel from your account page at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome.
4. What you may not do
Do not use Meet with Me to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone; to distribute content that is illegal or that you have no right to share; to send unsolicited invitations at scale; to interfere with the service, other users, or our infrastructure; to probe or test its security without our written permission; or to resell access. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and we may end a meeting in progress if it is being used to cause harm.
5. Your content and recordings
What you say, share, and write in a meeting is yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not record meetings. Audio and video pass through our servers only to be delivered to the other participants; chat messages and polls exist only for the length of the meeting. If you use the recording feature, the recording is created and saved on your own device. Recording other people may require their consent under the laws where you or they are located, and it is your responsibility to get it.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Meet with Me running and we deploy updates without interrupting meetings in progress, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not offer a service-level guarantee on the plans currently listed. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give paying customers at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period we cannot deliver.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Meet with Me is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Advance With Me, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
8. Ending these terms
You can stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by email. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as limitation of liability, continue to apply after termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for account holders, let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
